3.1 Refunds: Following purchase, a refund is only available either:
(a) at our sole discretion (which will likely only be granted if we find a replacement attendee for the same seminar); or
(b) if you exercise your right to a refund in accordance with the advertised terms of the guarantee, you attend both sessions
1 and 2 (of 3) of the seminar in full and thereafter return the workbook and seek a full refund.
Any cancellation on other grounds (subject to any legal obligations on our part) will not be eligible for a refund.
3.2 Course Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason. In such cases, registered attendees will have the option to transfer their registration to a new date or request and receive a full refund.
3.3 Limit of Liability for Cancellation: We do not accept any liability for any costs you incur with respect to transportation, accommodation or other costs in association with your planned attendance at the seminar.
4.1 All course materials, including handouts, slides, and recordings, are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent from us.
4.2 All workbooks, templates and other materials shared with you before, during or after the seminar are to be kept strictly confidential and may only be used by you for the benefit of the business at which you are employed or engaged.
4.3 You confirm that you are not a practicing solicitor and acknowledge that this seminar and all course material provided therein is not permitted to be shared with a solicitor.
We strive to create a professional and respectful learning environment. Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward presenters and other attendees. We reserve the right to remove any attendee displaying inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

We are not liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, whether by way of breach of contract, tort, indemnity or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, loss of contract, business interruption or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the course.
The seminar may be recorded by video and audio. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that you may appear in such recordings. These recordings may be used for educational, promotional and/or marketing purposes by our business and you acknowledge that you have no objection to such recording.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
