You're a supplier who provides goods to clients, head contractors and subcontractors to support their project needs.

Your key responsibility is to provide high quality products in a timely manner to your clients ... while ensuring they pay you on time and in full for your goods.

HOMEOWNER

You're a homeowner who plans to engage (or has already engaged) either a residential builder or one or more subcontractors to help you build or renovate your home.

Your key responsibility is to ensure the builder or subcontractor delivers on their contracted promises ... and doesn't take advantage of you along the way.
